All finalists will be notified in April 2007. The winners in each category will be announced at the IBPA Benjamin Franklin Awards presentation in New York City during the 2007 Publishing University. Finalists will receive a certificate of excellence; winners will receive the Benjamin Franklin Award trophy. All finalists will be displayed during the 2007 Publishing University. All winners will be displayed in a special booth within the IBPA cooperative booths at BookExpo America 2007. All judges critiques will be mailed to each participant during June 2007.
