If you wish to do a membership drive or promote a session, you can ask that the IBPA office send you a list of the addresses of members and non-members in
your specific geographic area. These be sent as a database file.

Presentation of a one-day mini-university in your area.
IBPA will either plan and produce the whole event or work with the affiliate member group in jointly producing the event. IBPA will market the event and be responsible for both the expenses
and the collection of revenue dollars for this event. We will then, after deducting direct expenses for this event, split the revenue 50/50 with the hosting affiliate group.

Scholarship for one person from each group to attend the
IBPA Publishing University.
This includes two full days of attendance to seminars of their choice, a reception on the second evening of the event, and attendance and recognition of their group at the Benjamin Franklin Awards.
We will also provide for ($65 exhibitor) badges for these people to attend the BEA, if requested.

Affiliates will be looked upon as the organizing group of Small Press Month in their specific area and as such, will receive all promotional material to help them promote this event and thereby their own members and local industry.

Access to the IBPA-Affiliates mail list, where affiliate group officers and board members share topics of interest and points needing help with each other to help make each group stronger and more cohesive.
Members of this private mail list discuss membership policies and costs, volunteer motivation, newsletter and meeting topics and other development matters that save everyone time and money.
